Delete your Gymbly account

You can delete your account yourself, inside the app: in Gymbly Play open «Me» and tap «Delete account» at the bottom. In the app of your gym: Profile → «Delete account».

What is deletedYour name, email, mobile, photo and password, your friends, messages and notifications, your level, and your place in teams. You are signed out on every device.What stays, by lawReceipts stay exactly as they were issued, because they are tax documents; bookings that were already played stay in the venues' records without your name.Upcoming bookingsThey are cancelled with the normal cancellation rules, as if you cancelled them yourself: the court part goes back to your card, the service fee is not refunded. A booking that can no longer be cancelled must be played first.Gym membershipYour membership at your gym is not cancelled: the gym keeps it. For that, talk to the gym.Sign in to delete it

Cannot sign in any more? Email us from the email of your account, with your mobile number, and we delete it for you within 30 days: support@gymbly.app
